• Sweepstakes/contest entries (including AMOE form submissions).

b) Information We Automatically Collect

c) Information from Third Parties

• Data from wearable providers and fitness integrations (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit).

6. User-Generated Meetups and Events

TSE may allow users to create, promote, or RSVP to fitness, wellness, or social meetups, classes, or other in-person gatherings (collectively, "Events"). Unless expressly identified as a "TSE-Sponsored Event," all Events are user-organized. The following additional terms apply:

• Information Displayed: If you create or RSVP to an Event, limited profile information (such as name, username, profile photo, or Spirit Icon) may be displayed to other participants for coordination and community purposes.
• User Responsibility: Organizers and participants are solely responsible for any personal information they choose to share within an Event. TSE is not responsible for disclosures made by users at or in connection with Events.
• Data Use: TSE may process Event-related information (RSVPs, participation status, communications in event chats) to provide the feature, ensure compliance with our Terms, and protect community safety. Such information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
• No Guarantee of Privacy at Events: Participation in Events is voluntary and may involve public visibility of your activity. TSE does not control what information other users or third parties collect, record, or share during Events, whether online or in-person.
• Legal Protection: By creating or attending an Event, you acknowledge and agree that TSE disclaims all responsibility for personal data shared among participants or collected during Events, except as required by law.

These provisions are intended to provide maximum protection to TSE and align with corporate-level privacy standards.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

10. Cookies & Tracking

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze usage, and deliver advertising. You can control cookies via your browser settings and in-app privacy controls.

11. Sweepstakes, Contests & AMOE

Information collected through sweepstakes, contests, or the Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE") form is used solely for administration of the promotion, prize fulfillment, and compliance with applicable law. Entries are treated the same as any other entries.

12. International Use

Services are intended only for residents of the United States.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted in-app and on our website with a new "Last Updated" date.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
